Steelers Injury Report: More good news for the Steelers as they prepare for the Texans

The Pittsburgh Steelers have to be counting down the days until their next game to get the bad taste of losing out of their mouths. If the team is half as bitter as the fan base currently is, things could get ugly in Houston on Christmas Day.

Nonetheless, the Steelers received some good news on the injury front heading into Week 16,

and I should say more good news with the team already getting both Vance McDonald and Joe Haden back on Thursday.

Friday saw another starter return to practice, and it was Ramon Foster, who missed Thursday as he moved through the NFL’s concussion protocol. While Foster isn’t a guarantee to play Monday, considering he has to pass more physical and cognitive tests to be permitted to return, he took a big step in the right direction by practicing on Friday. He was a limited participant, but participation is key.

Coty Sensabaugh was added to the report as a limited participant with a shoulder injury, and James Harrison was also added with an illness. Haden, McDonald and Tyler Matakevich were all full participants and seem ready to roll on Monday vs. the Texans.
