With the Elliott suspension, Jerry Jones leading the charge on the national anthem dispute, and the team being 2-3, the Steelers season is a day at the beach compared to what Dallas is going through. Great!

No fanbase is more deserving of that (except maybe Patriots fans or Bengals fans)

He won't miss any time. I have him in my fantasy team so I pay attention to it a bit. They filed the appeal before the charges were laid out or something to that affect so they are going to put in the appeal again.

The talking heads on NFL Network think the suspension will be delayed until '18.

Re: Ezekiel Elliott Suspension Reinstated After Court Ruling

Ezekiel Elliott has again been granted a temporarily restraining order against the NFL's decision to suspended him for six games, allowing the Dallas Cowboys running back to continue to play.

This is the second time a TRO has been filed and accepted for the second time this season.

Tuesday's TRO was requested by the NFL Players Association and was ruled upon by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty issued the order, allowing Elliott to play before his legal team will need to make their case once again to Judge Katherine Fallia after she returns from vacation before or by Oct. 30. Then the NFL and NFLPA will return to discuss.
