I wonder why ratings are down with great matchups like tonight?
Better matchups later in the season but why get viewers in the habit of not watching by frontloading the Thursday night schedule after the NBC season opener with crap and only showing it on NFL Network? Used to be the real Thursday night dregs that were NFL Network only were buried midseason
Of the many Goodell screwups, the money grab of Thursday night football (bad matchups after a short week) may be the worst
Last year,the nfl have put a very bad Bears team 4 time in primetime....This years the Redskins have 5 primetime game
The next 4 SNF(week 3 to 6) look awful too....

I don't Watch the game,but I can see that the first pass of Hoyer is a INT and the rams lead 7-0 after only 12 seconds!
Right out the gate, Hoyer nearly pick 6'd.
And touchdown Rams.
7-0 Rams in less than 12 seconds.
A players would deserve a big fines when you do an offside on a 4th and 2 on a punt formation

After that fantastic start, the Rams D gets shredded on a 14 play drive.
7-7.
Their run defense is once again terrible after the terrible game against the Redskins.....46 rushing yards on this drive for the 49ers....
It's still early, but Jared Goff is a completely different player this year with a new coaching staff.

Right now, the rams offense shows just how bad Jeff Fisher was.
They have already scored 40 points or more twice this year in 3 games and Gurley and Goff are very good right now.
I know it was against the colts and the 49ers, but it would never have happened under Jeff Fisher last year .... They had lost twice against the 2-14 49ers last year with pathetic performance in offense.
I can not believe that just in 2015 Jeff Fisher was considered as a very good coach here.
