Plenty of time to make an impact from mid season and beyond. Fuller played 14 games his rookie year and 16 in his 2nd. Yes he missed last season due to injury but comparing him to Golson is completely off base. Impossible to compare Kyle Fuller to Senquez Golson. Golson can match this? On an NFL field?

Why not? Fuller was decent his rookie year. Kinda terrible his second year. His third year is missing from injury. And now he isn't getting a ton of reps and is in danger of getting cut.

Golson was injured for 2 seasons. Isn't getting a ton of reps and is in danger of getting cut.

On top of that, Fuller's commitment was questioned by the Bears during his second year struggles and during his stint on IR last year and this off-season.

Golson gets called lazy and worthless - but no one in Pittsburgh has ever whispered anything about the kid's work habits or commitment to the team. For Fuller this has happened repeatedly - yet -- he's cool?

FWIW - If I was in charge, I would cut Golson and bring in Fuller for a look-see. I just don't see that happening.

Chicago is a career death sentence. I wonder how many players would struggle with "commitment issues" at a crap franchise like that. I can't find the article now but I did read Fuller was getting reps in place of Marcus Cooper. Ultimately Fuller won't end up a Steeler. However he would be worth a good long look if he gets cut.

Did I read that right... is Kevin White getting released???

    Sign him!!!

Richard Mann could get him back up to his real potential.

I thought he was worst before Cockrell hit the field this preseason.

That reminds me of an article (SI? ESPN?) written in 2008 about how Larry Foote was the "worst starter" on that spectacular Steelers defense.

In other words, if Vince Williams is the "worst" starter on the entire team, I'm verrrrrry happy.
