With Le’Veon Bell absent from OTAs while rehabbing a sports hernia and third-round pick James Conner out as he deals with a groin injury, the Steelers running back getting most of the reps this spring has been Knile Davis, the veteran free agent who was signed this spring to add depth in the backfield and to bolster a struggling kickoff return game.


“That’s really been helping me out,” Davis said of the heavy workload through the first two weeks of OTAs. “It’s been good, doing a lot of learning. I’ve been getting better every day.”........
