    The drop kick

    A drop kick is a type of kick. It involves a player dropping the ball and then kicking it when it bounces off the ground through the goal posts. Still on the books, but seldom used.

    The only time I see it being used is on a 4th down with a botched snap or QB in trouble with the skills to do it.
