I still believe!
C'mon, Pens! Let's go!

C'mon, Pens! Let's go!
I want to believe, but this team doesn't seem have the same magic as they did last year... And that isn't a knock against them because it's extremely difficult to win back to back championships. Hopefully they prove me wrong though.
Ron Cook stirs the pot
It’s time to bench Murray and start Fleury in goal

Just hold serve at home and the cup is theirs to hold onto for another year.
Fire Mike Tom...er Sullivan!!!!!
Click on it
National media is all over Sidney Crosby playing basketball with Subban's head (which I enjoyed - Subban has been playing on the edge all series) and throwing the water bottle. Crosby seems to be regarded outside of Pittsburgh the same way Brady is outside of New England (best players in their sports and winners but also whiners and shady).
Hopefully Pens close it out Sunday - game 7 is always a crapshoot and Pens having won 2 of those during these playoffs I do not want a third - an overtime game 7 like Ottawa would be almost unbearable to watch
Back-to-back champs! One for the thumb!
Woooooo!!!
Sweet!
All that catfish on the ice and no Stanley Cup to show for it
That game kept me on edge.
Just an amazing season. Thought the injuries would have caught up to them, but Sullivan coached the hell out of that team.
This team isn't going anywhere.
Congrats to the pens!
Being back to back champion is a very hard thing to do!
Congrats to the Penguins!
Bandwagon country stars:
And FWIW Penguin players seem to be lower maintenance individuals - Crosby and Malkin do not appear to feel the need to create drama like Ben and AB do
This Post-Gazette article discusses that attitude by the Pens
For an hour or so on the ice at Bridgestone Arena, just like at SAP Center a year ago, the media got to eavesdrop on the Pittsburgh Penguins. We asked questions and we kept them from their families. We jammed tape recorders and cameras in their collective faces, trying to catch a brief glimpse into the psyches of a bunch of guys who, 2016 notwithstanding, were at a personal and professional apex.
So, yes, it’s weird. It’s also endlessly cool. It’s special. And the whole process seems counterintuitive; if ever there were a time where they could say “get the hell away from me” and have all of us understand, it’s in this particular moment.
They never do, though — they always have time. Every team, every guy — they always have time.

Woohoo! We are currently driving back from Pa. We had a family reunion yesterday and watched the game at my mom's house. I have lots of cool stuff to post later when I get home. #backtobackchamps #3peatbaby

I may send this to my college fraternity bro who lives in Nashville and is a Preds fan.
Sydney now has 3 Stanley Cups, time for Ben to get 3 Super Bowls
In the 3rd period when the Pens killed the 5-3 power play I had that same feeling I had almost 40 years ago when the Steelers were down to the Rams at halftime. I just knew they would win the game.
Nashville played Game 6 very tough and smothered everybody, but the Pens are just too deep and stole one. Hats off to Nashville, but champions find a way to win.
If the Steelers had the Pen's defense there would be no stopping them.
All Defense!
Congratulations Pens! Murray was unbelievable in that one...
Predators played us tough. Seems to be the theme in our journey this year. Nobody made it easy. Even Columbus put off the sweep.
