They won't touch him with a 10-foot pole.

Dorian Johnson would have been a good pick for Munchack.

Carl Lawson was indeed this years Andrew Billings.

Fell to the 4th like Billings, to be selected by Cincy.

    Had to be medical issue.

A corner I'm really interested in is Brian Allen from Utah.

He's a converted WR, but he is a true press corner. Gets right up in the face of WRs and is very physical at the LOS. At 6' 3" 215, he has great size and excellent speed.

The problem is he is not a good tackler because he just isn't comfortable with it since the change to defense. He would need some coaching up with the tackling, but you can't teach speed, length, and natural press cover skills.

Maybe a consideration in the 5th round?

    What do you guys think?

As Todd McShay stated: "Best pass-rusher in the draft, but chronic medical concern

    Hmmm...

Honestly, I'd prefer a guy who already knows how to play the position.

The thing is, he's fine with cover skills and playing the position in general. He needs to work on tackling. He never did it as a WR.

Oh well. I'll have my eye on him today.

Don't get me wrong...this kid is raw. But he really shows some ability, particularly in press coverage. He still gets caught with poor footwork at times and just hasn't played the position long enough to have this stuff down. It intrigues me to think of what all that size and athleticism can do with some great full-time NFL coaching.

He is one of those guys that I've been wondering about this entire off-season.

Hell, I hope he's there in the 7th and they take a shot at him. It's not often I get excited about a player like this, but what a great project with that elite athleticism.
