What is your biggest concern for this game?
Patriots "gamesmanship" (headset "malfunctions," scoreboard "malfunctions," etc., etc.)
Whether or not we play the shithead defensive scheme where we sit back and play a soft zone. We do that, we get shredded all day and we lose. We don't, we win. We should be able to tell within the first 5 minutes how that's going to go.
See you Space Cowboy ...
No deep threat.
I'm sure Bellicheat will doubleteam AB.
Now, if the Outlaw, Eli, DHB, Demarcus or anyone else can step up that will help
big cushion on * WR
For those i love i will sacrifice.

Pass defense - only time I recall the Steelers being effective against Brady in the Tomlin era was in the 2011 game at Heinz when they put pressure on him (Woodley's last great game - he was never the same again after injuring his hamstring in that game) and screwed up expectations by playing tight man to man coverage rather than the standard 10 yards off the receiver and tackle after the catch LeBeau coverage.
Sitting back and waiting for Brady to make mistakes will not work but blitzing that worked for the great Steelers defenses against other teams has had its own problems against Brady - not a lot of good options but something needs to change to cause pressure and turnovers. Steelers tried playing 5 DBs in the October game this season but Pats ran against that defense with Blount early until Gronk started tearing it up in the second half. But at least Gronk is out.
Brady's passing stats against the Steelers since Tomlin took over
12/9/2007: 32 of 46 for 399 yards, 4 TDs 0 INTs, 125.2 passer rating
11/14/2010: 30 of 43 for 350 yards, 3 TDs 0 INTs, 117.4 passer rating
10/30/2011: 24 of 35 for 198 yards, 2 TDs 0 INTs, 101.8 passer rating
11/3/2013: 23 of 33 for 432 yards, 4 TDs 0 INTs, 151.8 passer rating
9/10/2015: 25 of 32 for 288 yards, 4 TDs 0 INTs, 143.7 passer rating
10/23/2016: 19 of 26 for 222 yards, 2 TDs 0 INTs 124.2 passer rating

Best option may be to keep Brady off the field by trying to control the clock with Bell.
Ben, turnovers, play calling.

Artie Burns. And Cockrell getting grab happy.
The time of possession has never been the problem against the Pats ...
The two problems that the steelers have had against the pats in the past was the red zone offense and our defense in general.
Ben and the O against the Patriots D and the Red Zone Offense. The underrated, never talked about aspect of these matchups and why we've been failing against New England is Ben and the Offense against the Patriots Defense.
The Steelers have been fighting with one hand behind their back against New England, because Ben has been bringing his C-Efforts in these games. Ben has to be big for once against the Patriots. Convert third downs and finish drives. This is the time.
The Defense is not going to "shut down" Brady, so lets knock off this pipe dream right now. Brady will put up his numbers and do his damage.
That we are not going to change anything schematically on defense - i.e., that we will zone up against Brady and he will pick us apart as he always has.
What is the definition of insanity???
As for player mistakes... they are going to happen but it's a long game and we can overcome them. Scheme? 19 TDs and 0 Ints suggest otherwise.
1. Tom Brady against a young secondary starting 2 rookies is a scary matchup
2. Ben's road struggles and Todd Haley lapses in play-calling going against Bellicheat's scheming defense
The health of Harrison.
BR struggling on the road.
Hater = Realist
I swear to god, if we drive all the way down to there 10 yard line and run a stupid fucking gadget fake reverse pass im gonna unplug my tv and throw it out the window
1-Brady dinking and dunking all the way down the field.
2-Missed tackling by us.
3-STUPID play calling in redzone by us.
4)STUPID penalties giving ball back to cheaters.
Other than those, we win.
Not getting pressure up the middle and disrupting Marcia / Blount having a career day.
Go no huddle.
Inexperienced pass catchers and the Pats just ate Burns and Davis alive in zone. Forced the rookies to make quick and often painful decisions. Also, no one on this roster is able to provide the pass rush the Texans had with Clowney and Mercilus.
Next year?
