As the story comes out more, it appears that Jones spitted in a Police man's face. That BTW is a class 3 felony. Uusually carries at least 2 years for a person who is a first time offender. And from what I have been told...that is the one offense that DA's don't like to plea bargain down...it offends Police officers. So that could be huge against Jones if indeed it is true.

" A criminal complaint obtained by WBRC says that Jones is accused of assaulting a man by "pushing and poking" him in the eye. Jones is also accused of refusing to stop when ordered to by authorities and of kicking, head-butting and refusing to enter a police car. "
