On August 30, the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to have to tell 15 players that their NFL dream is over. That’s the date the NFL mandates all teams go from 90 down to 75 on their rosters. In just watching three preseason games, you can see Pittsburgh is going to have some really hard choices to make. Two guys who have come up from nowhere and are emphatically making their cases to make the team are wide receiver Eli Rogers and linebacker Tyler Matakevich.

Rogers sounds like a lock and AB's mentoring is no doubt helping.

Matakevich has great instincts, is a solid tackler and is a true joy to watch. I will be really disappointed if he doesn't make the cut.
