With Cleveland deciding between Tunsil and Ramsey, Cleveland would probably be better off selecting Tunsil to protect the injury-prone RGknee, but we are talking about Cleveland and Moneyball's numbers may conclude that Ramsey will be more impactful and thus should be the pick.
