    I love the Steelers but... (fill in the blank with whatever comes to mind first)

    I love the Steelers but... sometimes I question my own sanity for investing so much time and emotion into something I have no actual investment in or derive no genuine benefit from.

    I love the Steelers but.... they've taken months off my life with some of the heart wrenching finishes over the years!

    Actually I think it evens out. Every one they lose knocks a few moments off it, but the wins lifts my spirits and gets it right back.
