He had a decent rookie season, then looked like he lost too much weight and hasn't matched it since. He's young enough to rebound.I think there's possibly some unrealized potential here. I see this as a reasonable signing possibility.

This actually looks like it would be a good signing. Young guy who's shown some talent and should come cheap.

Can he play DE at all? Is he a pure NT?
I really like all these potential depth signings. Guys coming off cheap rookie deals - hitting their prime NFL years (hopefully). Wasn't there a figure getting tossed around that the Steelers were signing lots of guys but not really spending any money to do it?
Sounds the off-season pattern that a certain team along the northern part of the eastern seaboard has been using to contented for a long time now...
