What's the record for the biggest blowout in a Championship game? I think it must be broken by now.

This is a all-time great team if they win the super bowl.

It's looking like another Bronco blowout in the Super Bowl. This Panthers Team is amazing.

I like how on Wikipedia someone already changed it to show they won the NFC Championship for 2015

I think premature celebration is warranted here.

I know that the game is practically over, but I'm not a fan of how they're celebrating. Their acting like they already won the Super Bowl.

Great day in football. I was delighted to see Palmer go down like I knew he would. He is not their answer. And BA, yeah, lost in typical BA fashion. I feel like the Panthers are going to blow away Denver in what might turn out to be an extremely boring game, but it will be nice to see either team win. I like Peyton a lot, but I don't have confidence in him and his O winning against this Panthers team, just no.

This will be the 1st Super Bowl in which both starting QBs were drafted No. 1 overall.

The Panthers are going to have nearly 20 million dollars in cap space available for next year. If the Panthers win, does anyone else think this team could be the next dynasty in the NFL?

The cap space will be for Josh Norman....A dynasty is very hard to do....

I know, but hey, its been done before. The reason why I think this is because they have just been so dominant this year.

Heard the same thing asked about the Packers 5 years ago and the Squawks 2 years ago. Doubtful.

Good point. I didn't even think about those teams when I made my comment. I don't know, I just think Carolina could continue to be a good team.

Hard to create a dynasty with a running QB. Now every other team is going to be gunning for Newton.

And people forget that they've done this with out their #1 WR...who got knocked out in the preseason with a torn ACL.

Do these look like the stats of a "running QB"?

    Cam Newton CAR QB 296 495 59.8 30.9 3,837 7.8 239.8 35 10 195 39.4 74T 52 10 33 99.4

Cam is a QB who can run. He can also throw the ball very well and he's 6' 5" 250 lbs. When he does run, he's built to take a hit.

Calling him a "running QB" isn't giving him credit for everything that he's capable of on the field.
I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest. If you can't take it, you shouldn't play!- Jack Lambert

Cam is a duel threat. He "used" to be a "runner", now he's doing both...with less than most QBs.

Dynasty remains to be seen. Take in that they played in the NFC South, against the NFC East, and AFC South. The 15-1 season record may be a bit misleading. They probably should have lost the game to Seattle, but they completely beat down AZ. I think they win the Super Bowl too, but partly because I've seen the Broncos get it handed to them too many times in Super Bowls. Cam is amazing, probably the best single player in the league. But dynasty? We'll see.
