Tom Coughlin Resigns as Giants Head Coach

Coughlin is a very good coach and he did a great job in New York, but it was time for a change.

The last few year have been difficult, but I not think it was his fault, since the Giants lacked talent especially in defense.

Its better for the organization at this point in time. Four years without making the playoffs and two straight losing seasons isn't fun.

I wonder if the Browns would make a run at him? Not sure realistically how many years he has left in coaching, but Coughlin is a good coach.

He should just enjoy his life from here on out. Being an NFL coach is a rigorous job. He put in his time and now it's time to relax.
I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest. If you can't take it, you shouldn't play!- Jack Lambert

Yup. What's the point of making all that money he's made over the years if he's just going to work until he drops anyways. Time to take some vacations and enjoy life on a beach.
