On the Steelers: Raiders bring back bad memories

A long, long time ago, in the land of Three Rivers Stadium, the Steelers and Oakland Raiders held the fiercest rivalry known to the NFL. It made Ravens-Steelers look like powder puff football. • For many reasons, that rivalry no longer exists. The biggest is that both teams have to be competitive in order to have a rivalry. The Steelers have not been.


The Raiders have won four of their past five games against the Steelers. All came in the past decade and all were pulled off by some of the NFL’s worst teams.


No team has had the Steelers’ number quite like the more modern — but terrible — Raiders.............

Immacualte Reception being at the Top of that list. Raiders/Steelers match ups in the 70's was a rivalry at it's best!!
