Ross Cockrell has a knack for getting noticed.


He caught the eye of the Steelers personnel department during the 2014 draft enough to get a predraft visit. Although he wasn't around in the fourth round, the Steelers wasted no time contacting and then signing Cockrell 16 months later when the Bills released him.
