Ron Cook: Roethlisberger gives Steelers best chance of winning

DeAngelo Williams didn’t hesitate Sunday when asked why the Steelers still are confident going into their opening game Thursday night at New England without injured Maurkice Pouncey and suspended Le’Veon Bell and Martavis Bryant.

Maybe not the best but definitely the one I trust the most leading our Steelers. Good on Williams to have so much conviction, I like that.

Without Ben, the team would struggle...may not be the worst team out there, but probably 3-4 games less in the win column...

No BB and the odds of the Steelers winning drop to 30%. They turn into a 6-10 team at best.

Without Ben they'd be lucky to win 3 or 4 games
