    PITTSBURGH — As of Monday afternoon, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said he didn’t know what Ben Roethlisberger is allowed to do and what he’s not allowed to do once his suspension kicks in.

    In fact, Tomlin claims he doesn’t even know when the suspension officially begins.

    “I don’t have intimate details of the next step of this process,” Tomlin said when asked if Roethlisbergher’s suspension begins Friday, the day after the Steelers’ fourth and final preseason game.

    “I’ll wait to hear from the commissioner’s office in regards to that.”
