It's already been a gigantic waste of the courts' time and resources (because goodness knows they had ample free time and their calendars were so open to begin with) as well as taxpayer money.
Bottom line: Goodell can do whatever he damn well pleases under the auspices of the Player Conduct Policy. Brady and the rest of the league (outside of Pittsburgh) willfully signed off on that arrangement. Ergo, Goodell DID NOT violate the CBA and it's too late to be having buyer's remorse now. Next.
