James Harrison's off-season workout includes medicine ball volleyball

James Harrison's Instagram feed is filled with the linebacker completing all sorts of amazing feats of strength, and his latest post may be the craziest of them all.

Harrison, along with fellow Steelers Ryan Shazier, Vince Williams and Robert Golden, are enjoying a fun game of beach volleyball, except instead of the traditional equipment, they are tossing a Medicine ball back and forth.





Harrison calls the unconventional workout game "Danney Ball," but he is also still in the gym for more common workout routines, even if they have a little more weight than most people are used to lifting.
