Are people convinced that Tomlin is capable of keeping this guy under control? I know that he has had trouble preventing players from acting out in the past whether it is on the field or off the field
You do have to take into consideration the fact that he had a suspension and at least "some" sort of trouble with the coaching staff. Agreed that it doesn't necessarily take him off a teams draft board, but it will probably force teams to place a few players above him who don't have the possibility of baggage.
My hope is that some team in need of a CB grabs him ahead of us and pushed everyone else down the board.

Oh I am with you 100% on that , risk vs reward and always avoid baggage unless the talent is far to great to pass on it ...
however they MIGHT view that to be the case , talent wise he is head and shoulders the best one in the draft and potentially a top 10 pick if not for red flags ... so if he falls to 22 they just might pull the trigger ... personally I would be more comfortable going in another direction but I do respect his skill set
I have heard Peters interviewed a couple of time, and am wondering if this was not a case of a situation getting out of hand simply because of his youth. I'm not sure the coaches handle the situation very well either. If I had a chance to get a player of Peters ability at a position we have a dire need, I would have to think about it awfully hard if I can get myself comfortable with what I am hearing out of him. We may end up with what is left between Johnson and Peters.
I don't think I would cross of Collins name right now either.
