My Interview with Norfolk State OLB Lynden Trail

The next few months will be filled with anticipation from teams to fans and prospects alike and I can think
of no better prospect to bring to you today than Lynden Trail OLB Norfolk State to kick things off .
There are several reasons why I have chosen him to be the First in this years series of draft prospect interviews
and after reading this I think it will be clear to all of you just how special this young man is .
So without further ado Mr Lynden Trail.

Thanks Dwins, it was a very good piece. I do like this kid. More for the way he plays the game, and his intelligence. Of course being 6'6" and 265lbs. doesn't hurt. I wish him luck where ever he go's. I wouldn't mind if it's Pittsburgh. By the way, I believe we'll be seeing him at the Senior Bowl, and the combines.

Re: My Interview with Norfolk State OLB Lynden Trail

The young has played most of his time at OLB, but does have time at DE. He is very quick off the ball, and at 6'6" could be difficult to throw over. With the uncertainty of just how much 4-3 we will be playing next year, and the thought that we may need a OLB that can rush the passer in the 3-4 he may be someone that the Steelers need to take a good look at.
I had him as one of my sleepers this year. The league will have a good chance to look at him in the next couple months. If he remains a sleep is yet to be seen.

I think a lot of eyes are going to be opened next week at the senior bowl ...

he has a chance to be one of the biggest risers IMO , I pity the guys who try to out work him and hope for their sake they packed a lunch

Class act, great attitude and great interview.

Amazing how so many successful NFL players had strong mothers raise them.

late 2nd to mid 4th are best / worst case scenarios IMO ...

had work at TE at senior bowl practices and nabbed a TD , also intercepted a pass and had many pressures playing at OLB and DE ...

kid is a good athlete but his 40 time was lacking at the combine so some will try and diminish what he did in pads over what he failed to do on a track .. ( why I hate the combine football not played in shorts on a track )
