Rumors are a funny thing. So is false reporting.
Kelly has been promoted and will now be in charge of personnel. Roseman is now VP of football operations.

Why would he want out of Philly? Seems he has a good thing going. Double-digit wins and only missed the playoffs because the NFC is so tough (not counting the South). And Goofdell wants to add another wild-card which would make his situation even better.
All he needs is an upgrade at the quarterback position.
