ok... after 2 weeks the steelers are back in action at home!!! It is a historical day in steelers lore as they will honor the 40th anniversary of their first superbowl victory. in a defensive struggle in NO, the steelers survived bad weather and the purple people eaters to defeat the vikings 16-6.

on to sunday's game: saints suck until further notice. they are 3 games under .500 yet still in a tie for first in a disastrous division. meanwhile, the steelers are the exact opposite ... 3 games over. NO REASON TO LOSE. THIS TEAM LAID DOWN FOR CLEVELAND AND CINCINNATI AND BALTIMORE. NO LETDOWNS!!!! if the steelers lose, it is over.

The Saints are not like other bad teams in that most people still consider them good and they have Drew Brees who many think is one of the ellite QBs, so I think all this works in our favor. Also the celebration of Superbowl IX is going to be taking place.

We'll probably find a way to screw this up. The Saints are awful on the road, and the game is at Heinz Field.

Plus the Saints offense matches up perfectly against the zone blitz. And Haley will probably run bubble screens for the first three and a half quarters..then we'll be down 30 points and Ben will start calling audibles and running the no huddle, and we'll pull within one score before the clock runs out.
