    My expectations for this game are so low that it would be virtually impossible for me to be let down by the Steelers today. I think the Colts hold the edge on offense, defense, special teams and coaching. If the Colts maintain their interest level for 60 minutes I could see us getting trucked as bad as the Bears did in Foxboro today.

    Hope I'm wrong though.

    I do not expect to win today, and would be just resigned to that, but I would SO like for the team to pull together and win this for Ben, as stillers4me says. So that makes me care (and probably be let down). It would be a real accomplishment for Ben to be included with the luminaries in 100 wins in 150 starts club. Anxious.

    Oh I care. Just not going to get false hope's up. Now it is the NFL, and on any given Sunday and all that. So I'm watching. Hoping to learn something about this team, good or bad. But really the more I researched the more convinced I became that this team is just too much for us.

    But again I do get these things wrong quite often.

    I know most everyone cares; I just wouldn't be uptight about it if an important (and rare) milestone for Ben wasn't in the balance. Of course, it occurs to me that wouldn't be a problem if the stoopid team had managed to win against the Bucs, the Browns, the Raiders or the Chiefs, just to name a few of ANY NUMBER OF INFERIOR TEAMS WE LOST TO IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. It could have been a done deal a long time ago. Sigh.
