    There's something to be said about having refs at your practice in the middle of the season when you should already damn well know what the rules are. But at this point, what harm could it do? At least Tomlin is trying to do something about all of the freaking flags being tossed their way. While the refs are there, though, could he please make sure he points out that stupid personal foul penalties for celebration and taunting won't be tolerated anymore? KThxBye.
