For the most part, I think Tomlin has done a fine job this year. I think the whole staff, other than Danny Smith has done well.

A good reason to fire him. He can't beat Bellichick. He plays checkers to Bellicheck's chess. He coaches scared. He doesn't adjust. Change teams and Bellichick would beat the Patriots with the Steelers players.

Fire him because he can't beat the two GOAT's in Brady and Bill.
lol, Just stop.

Well he did the same STUPID stuff in the game plan and expected a different result. He must be insane.

We make them better than they are. Tomlin might as well have waved the white flag when he put his punter on the field at the Patriots 40 on 4th and 7 with the score 20-9. If he didn't know the Patriots would drive the field and put the game away then I'm not sure what team he's been watching the last 10 years?
"A man's got to know his limitations."

This is both predictable and dumb.

Maybe the Pat's are this good, in fact, they are this good.
They've been doing this for over a decade now.

Todd Haley's play calling from the 1 yard line perhaps?

Nice job running the ball the first two downs inside the 5!

If the Texans had a qb they might have beat them. Of course they don't play zone against the Patriots all game long.

Just fucking stop. They lost an AFC Championship game to the Patriots in New England, let's fire him

2 or 3 dropped TDs.
Rookies + Cockerell were unable to make the mental adjustments required to beat the Pats. There wasn't so much cushions as guys not getting covered as the Pats flooded zones and moved guys from one zone to the next. Pass rush didn't get home and Brady made them pay.
Mitchell bit hard as the lone deep guy on the flea flicker. He can't do that.
Ben hasn't been pressured all night and he still can't put up points. So that either means that after AB the receiver depth on this team is bad or Ben needs to play better.
I can do this all night before I really get to a "Fire Tomlin" issue. This team is just not as good as the Patriots.

It was still a good season. Sorry to see it end in a blowout. B&B own Ben & Tomlin. OWN.

Just keep sucking hind tit to the Patriots for the rest of Ben's career!![]()

Tomlin gets outclassed by Bellichick, who doesn't get outclassed by Bellichick?

Great strategist beats great motivator every time. But I'm not on the Fire Tomlin bandwagon. I'd really like to see him evolve and grow though.

Tomlin was young and inexperienced and won at the beginning because he had a great team and a great organization.
Then as we lost our super bowl players we went through some pains but never went below .500
Now we have a young and very talented team that went about as far as anyone expected.
The next 2-3 years will determine how good Tomlin truly is.
However I just gotta say the play calling tonight and scheming was not very good.

You know when Tomlin lost me tonight? When he punted from the Patriots 40 on 4th and 7 with the score 20-9. You might as well wave the white flag of surrender right there. Even if you don't convert the net result i the same and we all knew it. The Patriots predictably march down the field and make it a 3 score game. Game. Set. Match. Have some balls! Keep your offense on the field and try to gain the momentum! Probably doesn't work, but it was your last real chance and you punted it away!
Fuck this shit. Settle for Tomlin and settle for being Bellichick's bitch. Glad you like it.

And 4 minutes later it was an 18 point game and over .Convert your 4th and your another first down from making it a one score game. Not saying it was an ideal circumstance, but anyone paying attention to this hammer/ nail "rivalry" for the last 10 years knew exactly where that possession was going as soon as you gave away the ball.

Alright, for those who want Tomlin fired, which current coach would we be better off with, John Crybaugh, who has had a losing record since Ray Lewis and Ed Reed retired, Sean Payton who goes 7-9 every year with one of the most productive QBs in NFL history in a passing league, Ron Rivera or Bruce Arians both fresh off losing records this year each with one of the most talented rosters, Marvin Lewis who basically let's his psychopath LB run the team?

Tomlin is the greatest coach ever.
Who cares if his assistant gets arrested 2 weeks ago for assaulting a cop, then being allowed to coach a few days later?
Who cares if his star player and several other scrub receivers blatantly ignore him, then post their sexy poses to facebook live?
Who cares that once again, he is severely outcoached and outclassed in the biggest game of the season?
After all, despite having arguably the most talented roster in the league, we squeaked into the playoffs, beat Miami's backup QB, needed 6 field goals to get past KC, and got humiliated by a team missing their 2nd best player that almost lost to a horrid team last week!
Go Tomlin! Go Steelers! Mediocrity forever!

I'll reserve judgement on Tomlin to see what he accomplishes after Ben retires. That will be the true indicator. Ben in the common denominator between both Cowher and Tomlin, without whom I don't think either wins a Superbowl.

Dude, keep cheerleadingDude, go away.
