GDT:Green Bay Packers vs Seattle Seahawks

It'll be a very good game tonight!

I think Seattle will win....I do not trust the Packers defense

I honestly can't remember ever being this downright apathetic about an NFL season starting. If it isn't the Steelers at this point, I simply don't care anymore. Thank you, Roger Goodell.

HaHa is looking like the rookie he is ... missing more tackles and getting run over more than Brian Bosworth ...

he is quickly learning ( or should be ) the NFL is a lot tougher than it looks on TV ...

not picking on him as I suspect their will be LOTS of youngsters getting taken to school over the next few weeks , he just happens to be one of the first of them to log a start

So much knob slobbing over Seattle by the announcers. Can't these guys just call the damn game instead of constantly having to tell us how great all of these players are?

Aaron Rodgers is really coming up small tonight. Yeah I know Seattle is a tough venue and they got a strong defense, but a lot of his errors are unforced or come from pressure more imagined than real. One play in particular was telling, while it was still a game. He was scrambling, had the first down yardage all but obtained, but panicked because he saw a hit coming and threw the ball almost to a defensive back, pass was incomplete on a 3rd down play.

Anyway Ben gets this sort of pressure regularly. Also Ben hasn't been blessed with the same surrounding offensive cast the Packers regularly have surrounded Rodgers with. I'm no doubter of Rodgers arm. Seen that plenty first hand. But didn't really acquit himself well under pressure tonight. Guess this could go to explaining his lack of playoff wins other than the one year.

The lack of success in the playoffs in recent years is because of their defense....45 points given in 2009,37 in 2011 and 45 points in 2012

Not a good game for Rodgers tonight, but the defense is the reason why they have not won a lot of game in the playoffs the past 3 years....Again tonight, the Packers defense gave 34 points and 210 rushing yards.Impossible to win vs the best defense in the nfl

The packers are 0-2 vs seattle and 0-4 vs 49ers since 2012.

Green Bay is middle of the road in the NFC and will remain that way until that Defense improves.
