Fairly certain 86WARD is joking, but it speaks volumes that one actually does have to seriously wonder if it really is a joke though, doesn't it?

To the point of the thread, this is just the defense attorneys grasping at straws. Yeah, I'm sure they're going to uncover something in Adams' personnel records that will somehow make somebody else attempting to rob him and subsequently stabbing him his own fault.
