what I liked more than anything from that was the very last sentence

( not close to word for word but ) ......

we will find out what these guys do best and fit the scheme to them ....

in other words he is not looking for square peg round hole solutions

So the scheme will be having Gilbert and Adams trip over their feet? Foster and Gilbert constantly passing off inside rushers to phantom team-mates? DeCastro experiencing another season long existential crisis after he is forced to injure Gilbert to save the other 10 offensive players from more catastrophic injuries?

I get that Munchak is a great offensive line coach. I am excited to see him in Pittsburgh and working to make the team better. I just get concerned that several of the players he has to work with are simply terrible. I truly hope I am wrong.

Munch may get the first pick. No one knows until draft day.
