    Camp fodder or he regains some of his earlier form and sticks around for depth. In any case, he costs next to nothing cap-wise.

    That's the upside here. Can't have everyone be a star. Can take chances on getting affordable depth. We grab a day 1 or day 2 CB (and he works out), then we've got this.

    Seems like he was signed for depth. We'll probably see him in the nickel and dime packages while playing on special teams. With his speed, he could be a good gunner for the punt team.
