    Thanks Dwins.

His weight is not as big a deal to me as his conditioning imo.

im not sure this title is even accurate. everyone was saying leveon bell looked awfully skinny towards the back end of the season. if he really is cutting weight though i hope he doesnt. he's never going to have home run speed, but it shouldnt matter if he's good at everything else, which he is

title was made on the premise he was 240 , that has been debunked making it deceptive at best , but after the fact and not intended

Losing weight hurt Redman. I don't see this weight loss helping Bell, but who knows. We will have to wait to see the results.

    Re: Bell dropping weight

I was about to say, don't fuck it up like Redman.

My thought is, if you're doing well the way you are, gaining or losing weight on purpose is asking for trouble. Didn't help Redman, didn't help Woodley, didn't help Lolo Jones; only difference is Lolo Jones couldn't win anything to begin with.

The again we look at Woodley and see where that got him. Like mentioned above. Maybe his conditioning is causing him to lose weight.

    Re: Bell dropping weight

if he is conditioning and losing weight he needs to up his intake. but he could be cutting to add muscle but i hate lose weight just to lose it, but the end of season i am sure his 231 was down to 220 or less

I would very much more like to hear Jarvis Jones is adding muscle weight !!!
