Yeah, because I'm sure at this point of the season, the next Ray Guy is just out there sitting by the phone waiting to be signed.
Get real. If we pick up another punter now it will be a lateral move or even a downgrade talent-wise (see 2008 when we were forced by injuries to go from the shitty Mitch Berger to the exponentially shittier Paul Ernster).

Slow starts are all about coaching, Tomlin is sucking worse the the team itself. Under prepared, slow starts, traveling too late before the games , bad in game time outs, challenges, personnel moves that make go "wtf". , all coaching coaching coaching

Like I said.... (somewhere on the net?) Pryor has other intangibles other than being a polished vet QB. That said..... I'm not about to gloat over this win. Does it feel good?....hell yea! But, I know how much it sucks when your team doesn't perform. I've lived it for a decade so, all you'll get from me is I'm very happy to come away with the win...... That's it.

Yeah, that'll make a huge difference. Let's spend another $400,000 in cap space for no reason. Hey, I know - maybe we can restructure another contract and push more money into next year! Maybe we can set the record for most wasted money carried over in a season!

you know, at this point it sucks that we suck. But it sucks even more that the bloated/restructured contracts will further prevent us from being relevant in the future. And the short future is valuable when you have a franchise quarterback thats getting shorter and shorter on lives
that is assuming one still believes Ben is a franchise QB I am not so sure he is any longer ....
I think the hits have taken their toll ....
IF he was a franchise QB still we would not be 2-5 on a relatively soft schedule and averaging less than 18 points per game with a dozen turnovers coming directly from him via fumble or int and just 8 TD passes though 7 games ....
sure the line play has sucked but those totals are appalling
