I wouldn't only give credit to Velasco. I think Ramon and David have done well. Not great, but well. Plus, I think David is starting to come into his own. He had a solid game against the Ravens and I think that trend will continue.

DeCastro tried to play injured. I give him credit for that. I think the interior line as a whole has had a solid year. Foster looked shaky the first week or two but I think he's picked it up. The tackles are just killing us. Beachum is playing serviceably but he isn't helping you at guard. Gilbert and Whimper are backups. I don't even know if Adams belongs on a professional roster right now.

Media said he played snaps after the initial injury, wasn't effective and hurt it further, then removed himself from the game. I didn't notice that myself or anything, but that was the story in the locker room. Simply trusting the media on that one I guess. Heard it several times Sunday night.

Basically, this is the problem more than anything else. Run game, Lbs, lack of turnovers, getting out coached, whatever else you want to complain about or claim is leading to this team losing - doesn't matter.

Unless the staff is able to get this corrected, none of it will make any difference.
