I think this might be the story you wanted?
Anyway, I'd rather they can offer scholarships not until their senior year, and they can't declare they're going to accept them (Verbally) until February. Then that gives players more time to evaluate all options given to them before they make a decision.

I would be ok with Senior year being the earliest as well. I just think that the beginning of their junior year is the absolute earliest that is acceptable...
Stuff happens man.
Especially when that usually is the time many start to even think about where they're going to go to college. Some though who were like me started earlier trying to compile a list before eventually that Summer Vacation hit so I could go and do said visits.
