It's been happening all season but this game will probably get a lot of attention in the paper's tomorrow.
Kicking/punting has been good, but the return units on special teams have been awful.

It's at a point where the team should just fair catch every punt. Atleast it will save them 10 yards in penalties.

The thing is, it's not even one person. Every penalty tonight was against a different person. I think that means people are still trying too hard, or they're not being coached right. It's the only two options I can think of at the moment.

Well we Coach T fired the ST's coach in training camp. Not sure who's running them now, but it needs tightening up. Between Brown and Rainey we've got firepower, but it's negated too many times by user error. Gotta fix that.

If the penalties can stop, our special teams will vastly improve. Shaun and Drew both have done extremely well so far this season. I'd say that the returns are pretty good, but its the penalties that are hurting special teams the most.

I don't recall seeing a replay of any of those special teams penalties which seems strange. Don't know if they were valid or not.

The one on Van Dyke was legit.
Your right, it definitely hurt's the good return, and can you imagine what the player feel's that just did the great return. Another concern is going to be when someone breaks one and goes the 100 yrds. for TD only to be brought back. It's a major problem area.

And the trouble is now we have the reputation. So even if it is a gray area, the flag is going to fly.
Van Dyke seems to get a flag every week. He's got to be close to getting a pink slip.
