Reid, he missed the playoffs with a barage of new big-name free agency acquisitions and could be fired if he misses the playoffs again.
I'd say Tomlin is under ZERO additional pressure. Sitting with a nice contract, got the built-in injuries excuse as well as old players, and has already been to the dance 2X. Not saying he's going to slack off, but he has the most room to if he was built that way.
The Steelers/Meddling Rooneys don't fire head coaches. (Arians wasn't a head coach)
Reid could be looking for another job soon if they don't go to the SB.
Let's see, Tomlin's gone to the playoffs 4 out of 5 seasons, won 12 games each of the last two years, and has advanced a team to the Super Bowl twice, winning once. Short of dead hookers found buried in Mike's yard, it's hard to imagine any scenario in the short term that would imperil his job.

also, Bill Cowher kept his job after having missed the playoffs three years in a row from 1998 to 2000 and it includes two losing seasons in 1998 and 1999
He also kept his job after the dreadful 2003 season
Aren't too many HCs in the league whose job security are as strong as Tomlin's.
That's B/R for you...
The Rooneys have not fired a head coach since 1968.
Mike Tomlin has a record of 55-25 for a winning percentage of .688. He's missed the playoffs just once, he's been to two Super Bowls and won one of those two.
The Steelers are the most stable organization in all of sports. Art and Dan Rooney are not meddling owners. Short of an 0-16, 1-15, 2-14 season...I don't see Tomlin getting fired for football reasons.
Andy Reid has been in Philly since 1999. He's lost multiple NFC Championship Games, went to and lost one Super Bowl. He's got a team of All-Pro caliber players and if he doesn't make a deep run into the Playoffs this year I think they axe him. If he misses the playoffs, I am sure they do.

As for the article itself --- Bleacher report --- enough said.
Reid and his mighty "Dream Team" hands down.
