Troy and Harrison are out....I hope and pray that is part of the problem...

The Steelers defense had a good day against Brady in 2010, Brees in 2010, and Rodgers in the Superbowl compared to the game they had today
Didn't I do this thread a week ago?
Yeah they are that bad, and if you're expecting 43, and 92 t come to the rescue. Good luck with that, you've got just about as much chance of Gregg Lloyd and Rod Woodson rushing to the rescue.

it's just that I do not expect that the defense is one of the five worst defenses in the NFLDidn't I do this thread a week ago?

THis
isn't playing down. they are that bad. Like I said before...keep this up and they'll easily be third in the division. They'll have no answer for Flacco, no answer for Dalton and will be lucky to be 3-5 after 8...very lucky. Things need to change...starting with LeBeau on down...
At this point, the only threats to the Ravens' AFC North crown are Andy Dalton and A.J. Green
I dunno about the worst since then....they have their moments. They played 1-1.5 qtrs of decent football today then went to crap. They need to be more consistent...and play UP to their potential.
So Sanchez really is a horrible QB. Palmer looked like a star today, as did Manning. Hate to see what Flacco is going to do to us.
We scored 31 points, killed in TOP until the end there. I'm not sure why everyone's been harping on the fumbles, are we just that used to always blaming the offense for our failures? Brown's second fumble came later when we were backed into a position where the D had sucked so much that the O HAD to continue scoring at that crazy pace. Brown was trying to do too much.
Neither Wallace or Brown has a history of fumbling, so I don't think it'll be a problem.
Neither do I, and the offense cannot be asked to go out and score 40 points every game. The Packers tried that last season and ultimately failed miserably in the playoffs, because their defense was shit (and still is) and couldn't get the job done when the offense had an off game. It's completely ridiculous to place blame on them...they scored more than enough points in order to win. As I said in another thread, if the roles were reversed, I doubt anyone would blame the defense for anything.
I hope LeBeau steps down. I hope Mike doesn't have to fire him. But clearly, he does not understand that the D with Troy is not the same as the D without Troy. He refuses to make an adjustment.
When our superstars are out, the average players become mediocre.
All Defense!
