    Yeah, I definitely feel the Steelers still need to make an upgrade at kicker, Shawn just isn't cutting it.

    What about John Kasay or Garrett Hartley? Both are with the Saints and it looks like Kasay will be the odd man out. I know he's 42, but he had a good year last season.

    Kasay 28-34 FG 5-8 (40-49) and 2-5 (50+)

    Suisham 23-31 FG 6-11 (40-49) and 1-2 (50+)

    He isn't perfect but he was a top 10 kicker last year where Suisham was 26th...

    the more i see the word "solid" the more i realize its one of the most overused and vaguely used in sports articles lol.

    and so much dismissal of keenan lewis! (not just here, but on the board in general). he did everything right last season. He lacks a little fluidity in his hips when he changes direction but the kid has fantastic hustle and proficient play from the nickel. i hope the lack of news from him from training camp is just the injury tweaks and the fact that cortez and curtis are really doing THAT well right now
