And took Richardson. Wonder what all the people who were convinced Blackmon was the pick think now? On a more important note Gooddeal made it clear he wants 18 games.

Hang on. Not positive it's Richardson. One team in top 10 just told me, "It might be Blackmon.'' So hang on.

They haven't taken anyone yet. Yes, it looks like it will be Richardson but until that pick is delivered to the Commish, you never know.

From what I'm reading/hearing, it doesn't sound like Hightower is going to be there at #24 unfortunately.

It would be great if the Browns grabbed Claiborne - the guy who the Vikes apparently want. What slight of hand that would be for Cleveland.

I'd laugh if they did but IMO that would be stupid for the Browns.

If the Steelers want absolutely to have Hightower, they'll probably make a trade up, as in 2003(Troy Polamalu) and 2006(Santonio Holmes)

Minnesota still open to trade down again. One of the possible suitors Jacksonville. Owner Shad Kahn covets Justin Blackmon. They will not overpay though.

Ugh... NFL.com/Live is showing "fantasy coverage".... What the hell

It seems to me like Blackmon is the guy who a lot of teams are jumping to grab. If that's the case it makes sense why the Browns moved up.

Depends on how you look at it. Drafting Clairborne moves Sheldon Brown to FS...which allows TJ Ward to play in the box...which helps the run defense. Still wouldn't want it though. Then again, I'd rather see us trade down a few spots and pick up a 2nd rounder (or more).

It's stupid because they need a RB much more than a CB.

It really depends on how you rate that HB and that CB though.

Teams that typically draft on need instead of BPA are consistently picking high.

Let's look at how your team drafts...and how my team drafts...and how both teams typically perform.

Which really is why I say that it would be stupid. Richardson is higher ranked by everyone. Richardson is thought of as 'special' by everyone but Jim Brown.

I like how NFLN isnt going to show players on the phone to ruin the pick...they did it for the first one (or so) as they KNOW what the pick is beforehand.

Richardson is higher ranked by most...not necessarily everyone. I don't think we're going after Clairborne. And Jim Brown is sour grapes.

The Colts will be very happy if this draft is as good as in 1998!

But it would not be good news for the redskins!

No surprise there...would laugh if the Browns actually took Kalil anyways, lol.

It would be a laugh of dismay...
