I'll take Colt as a back up.
Tannehill's stock is getting pushed up by the importance of a QB in this league. I don't see Tannehill working out much with what little offensive talent they have
Maybe they should try to develop one of these guys instead of quitting on them as fast as they do.
I'm really torn on whether to believe this or think it's a smokescreen. Judging by how many stories has been coming out about Tannehill to the Browns, I think it's a smokescreen. They probably want to trade the pick. If they really wanted to draft him, don't you think we would be hearing about it once in a while? Not two stories on it every single day. I guess we'll see. I could buy them taking him at 4, but something seems off here.
I hope they do. I would like to see 10 QBs pick in the first 15 picks.

More hype for an eventual back up QB.
All Defense!
so they have Colt McCoy, and they are going to draft...........another Colt McCoy at #4?
They'll either pick Trent Richardson or Justin Blackmon.

No, no - Tannehill can throw an out. Arm strength is less of a concern with him than it is with Luck. He's also a better athlete than McCoy. Where the negatives start outweighing the positives with Tannehill is in his experience. He isn't very polished yet. But all the tools are there for him to be a top tier quarterback. Unfortunately for him, skills like that seem to disappear in Cleveland.

The best pick for the Browns would be Richardson. They would be dumb if they didn't pick him.
