I would think at this point in his career, he'd be most interested in going somewhere where he has the best chance of winning a championship right now ... and the Titans and Broncos are not that. So, 49ers it is, by default.
See you Space Cowboy ...
Ditto. Plus a very QB friendly Head Coach. If Manning is back physically, like the reports are saying, then the 49ers may pass us for SB wins in 2 seasons. Their defense is in tact and they still have Gore to run/catch the ball. The 49ers will be SB favorites with Manning at the helm.
The 49ers offered Smith a three-year $24 million deal according to a source.....

I think it was before. I heard something about it on the radio here in the bay area a week or more ago, though they didn't mention the amount.
Regardless, I would not call it a bright move to pay $8M a year for Alex Smith. He basically had one moderately above average season after six bad ones.
See you Space Cowboy ...
I think signing will Peyton to Broncos. (Yes Im busting balls at the headline, maybe a mod should edit it lol)
You should have added one more choice, which is mine...... I could care less.
Broncos...and Wallace goes with him
Some of those who have pursued Manning the hardest believe he's head to San Francisco. If so, congrats to the 49ers.

Alex Smith is meeting with the Dolphins today. Maybe he has been told to start exploring other options.
I think Peyton is a 49er.
Gives him the best chance to win right away with a good defense and Frank Gore in the backfield. Plus they are trying to add WR's like Moss and Manningham.

If he wants another ring, the obvious option is San Pancho
If he wants to win immediately, then it's San Francisco.
I however voted for the Broncos because of his relationships with Fox and Elway. I think he feels the most comfortable with them. They have a defense that is pretty good, their division is average at best, and you put him in the offense and let him call the plays like he did in Indianapolis and as long as he is healthy they will be one of the top scoring offenses in the league.
He has spent the most time with the Broncos than he has any other team that's pursued him.

Probably likes the 49ers' team better, but he would have to work with the dipshit Harbaugh. I would rather work with Elway.
All Defense!
