Interesting, Rolle looked OK at the Senior Bowl from what I remember, but just a bit slower than one would want from a FS. Didnt show the speed or range, but played positionally well. Camp body.

whoooaaa this is the first signing that has my eyes popping. High high potential, i heard he's been playing rugby to stay in football shape. Won't be shying away from contact anytime soon, that's for sure.
but took awhile for myron to get back into playing shape w/ taking time of for the scholarship.. it be a nice battle between him, da'mon.. i think mundy and allen will be safe
I think Mundy will be re-signed (cant remember if hes a FA or RFA)...but Will Allen is supposed to make like 1.5-2.5 mil or something like that I think...he could EASILY be a cap cut and then a young guy taking his place.
i remember i wanted rolle late in the draft. im glad we are giving him a chance now

i didn't know that will allen's cap hit was that high, and that is pretty high for the 2nd back up safety.. obv we know that mundy goes in for clark and pol when they cant go for a play, a game, etc... i would prob agree that he will be a cap cut.. thx for ze info

Rolle should have a shot at making the roster if he is in good shape in camp. He is exactly the kind of Free Safety the Steelers have a track record of putting on the field.

If Allen does indeed leave (that's an outrageous salary for someone who's not even a main backup!), Cro Smith and Rolle will likely compete for that 4th spot in camp
unless they do move Gay to safety after all
