Bucs all the way. They are cutting back on everything in order to save money. Expect them to have one of the lowest payrolls in the NFL if a floor is not negotiated in the next CBA. Rams are awful too. Make them 1A and 1B. The Bills and the Browns are primarily incompetent in relation to competition within their divisions.

I went with the Bills also. The Browns will suck as always, but the Bills will be just awful. And that's a shame - their fans deserve better.

My vote is the Bills. They're a mess and did very little to improve this off season.

The Bills.

Their offensive line sucks worse than ours minus Colon. The only reason their QB's don't get sacked more than ours is because their offense doesn't sustain drives like ours does.

They have no quarterback. Trent Edwards? Ryan Fitzpatrick? Brian Brohm? Levi Brown? Yeah, none of those guys scream "franchise QB" much less "middle-of-the-road QB".

They are switching to a 3-4 defense, but they aren't going to have Green Bay Packers success in the switch. They won't be able to stop the Dolphins, Pats, or Jets.....and they play all of those teams twice.

Yeah. They will have the #1 overall pick in the 2011 draft. Jake Locker, your new home will be Buffalo, New York.

Until the Lions can stop picking the top 5 of the draft every year, I'm gonna have to say them... even though they look better on paper. They are still the bitch of their division. Really, can they get any worse?
