On the bomb in the endzone it looked like he was in perfect position to get the INT, but he stopped almost flat footed. I'm guessing that he saw Carter flash by and that caused him to hesitate.

Good ass question. He didnt even look for the ball when there was all that time. Another good question, why did Ike peel off to the faaaar left when no one was there, and the ball was hanging up in the air for a while, Ike just started jogging towards the ball. Hmm...
Troy is still reeling from the cell phone fine.
He has been nursing a rib injury. They are being very secretive about it, though.
The bye week is long overdue and well deserved. Rest up, guys!

He's washed up. Cut his ass.![]()
Yeah that was a horrible play. Taylor just ran away from the receiver, Troy looked like he had NO IDEA where the ball was, and Clark jumped about 2 inches off the ground.
I think that Clark kind of messed Troy up on that play. No matter what though, one of them should have been able to at least knock it down.
WHAT WAS HE THINKING?
Leading 14-0, the Steelers let the Bengals get back in the game with a 36-yard TD pass from rookie QB Andy Dalton to rookie WR A.J. Green with 14 seconds remaining in the first quarter -- a play in which Pro Bowl S Troy Polamalu seemingly had position to bat the ball but instead watched Green make the acrobatic catch. It was one of the few mistakes by Polamalu, who had four of his six tackles, including two for losses, in the first half. "I wasn't aggressive against the ball," Polamalu said. "I saw the ball most of the way, then I lost it."

"A man's got to know his limitations."
It looked like he got slightly twisted up about 10 yards before the ball got there, and while he recovered just in time, he was in exactly the wrong position to jump and make a play on it. Just bad luck, really. Although still a sub-par effort; I expect better from a guy who can slow down time.
Well, my guess is that someone should have called it...like in baseball.
Fire Goodell
Plus he would have been flagged for PI because, now days you can't even sneeze at the wr's. Unless your name is Revis.
This sounds like it sums it up nicely (from article in 10th post above)
