That's what I'm afraid of
Well thats what happens when you stupidly lower your head and drive the top of your head into a guys knee.... It was a nice play but keep your head up!
Oh shit......I sure hope not. He's has what, two since he's been a Steeler and at least once at USC?

Per Tomlin, Polmalu had "concussion-like symptoms" and Steelers held him out as a precaution at end of game.

Didn't help that Clark cracked him on the head as well. I'm hoping he will be fine, and will be ready for the Cardinals.
It looked for a minute like he was going to come back in, but I guess the coaches said otherwise.
Hopefully after a couple of days rest he'll be alright.

1 minute ago - by Chuck Finder - Polamalu looks fine but will be evaluated
S Troy Polamalu will be evaluated further and likely through the week, but afterward Sunday he was seen posing for photographs with military personnel -- a sign that perhaps his concussion symptoms abated or appeared mild. NT Chris Hoke said he would be OK. Steelers RapidReports

Hope he's ok.
Troy has always had a weird (to me) tackling style that I've always assumed that was based on his history of concussions. That time he speared into the guy and paid for it.

Sources indicate Troy Polamalu should be fine for the team's next game, in Arizona
