Wanting to start a dynasty keeper league for next season

Hey everyone, I want to start a dynasty keeper league (all players from final rosters at end of season carried over to next season) for next season.

I want to get a total of 16 teams, and split them into four divisions.

I would like to do two drafts during the season. An offensive player draft and an independent defensive player draft. Then after the 2012 NFL Draft we would do a four round rookie draft also.

Here would be the positions:

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, WR/TE, WR/RB, K, DEF/ST, LB, DB, DP (could be a LB, DB, or DL)

Then there would be 10 bench positions and 1 IR slot
