Don't worry it will be every where in about 5 minutes. Completely bush league. Seriously, even after calming down Garrett should out of the league permanently. What he did was straight up assault and battery.

Garrett should be suspended for the rest of the year.

Re: Week 11 - Steelers @ The Factory of Sadness®
Well, the rematch in 2 weeks just got more interesting with the way the game ended tonight. I expect Myles Garret will be suspended for the next 4 games. Pouncey may get a 1 game suspension for his attempted kick (..although his kick landed on the shin/ankle of a Steelers player and never connected with Garret..), although I don't really fault Pouncey for going after Garret like that after what had just happened.

No one is disputing that. What Garrett did was totally unnecessary.

I think this is what will pan out, except pouncey may get more than one game

We can trash the Steelers but Garrett was out of control
Aikman sounded on Garrett like Phil Simms did after Burfict knocked out AB
Baker says we can’t do that

Bitching? No matter how bad you play a player NEVER, EVER should use a helmet as a weapon . He's a disgrace to the league.

If Mason put as much effort into his quarterback play, this wouldn’t be an issue. He played without a sack tonight.

Agree with this. Btw, that would mean that Garrett won't play in two weeks when the Browns come to Pittsburgh.
Certainly good news for our O-Line in that game.

Especially that guy's own helmet, Garrett hit Rudolph on his head which at that point wasn't protected by the helmet since Garrett had ripped it off. If you hit someone who has his helmet still on you can do far less damage.

He is lucky LE won't be involved and never seen anything like that in the NFL.

Yeah, unfortunately I agree with you. Probably 2 games for Pounce.

Again no one is disputing that. But I've never seen a player do something that disgusting in a game and I've been watching the NFL since the 70's.

Agreed. It's a football game. You win and lose. Mason stunk. We all know that.
But you don't clobber someone on the head with a helmet on his head.

Btw, does anyone know what Ogunjobi did? He was ejected on that play too but all attention and TV replays where on Pouncey/Rudolph/Garrett.

I’m sorry, but the whole thing comes off as salt to me.
The Steelers were outmuscled and outplayed by the Browns. Our QB is sackless, and we have no workhorse back. The O Line is soft.
If the Steelers played like they had a pulse, Cleveland wouldn’t have felt the need to tee off on our QB. They were teeing off on Rudy all night and the team didn’t respond. Instead they retreated.

For sure. Rooney and Tomlin likely feel the same.

You and I disagree
Watch the postgame national media comments if you think this is just Steelers fans bitching

Re: Week 11 - Steelers @ The Factory of Sadness®
It's not just Steeler fans, no fan of the NFL should have to watch an assault like that during a game. Garrett should be out for the season, and Pouncey should get a trophy for going above and beyond.

After Garrett hit Mason, and Mason got back up Ojunjobi shoved him back to the ground.

Pouncey was like an old school hockey enforcer coming over the boards after his star winger got levelled.
If there's any justice, the locker room takes up a collection to pay his fine. Although, Pounceys not exactly hurting for cash.
